Upon request, the photographer can provide a contact sheet showcasing the best images from the session for the client's preview. Clients are welcome to share their preferences and select their favorites; however, the final selection of images to be edited and delivered remains at the photographer's discretion, ensuring consistency with their artistic style and quality standards

Clients have the option to purchase all images from a session for an additional fee. This includes unedited or lightly edited images, provided for personal use only. Details regarding the fee and delivery format can be discussed with the photographer

All selected images will undergo basic retouching, which includes color grading and the removal of minor imperfections. Advanced photo manipulation or high-end retouching services are available upon request for an additional fee. Clients interested in these services are encouraged to discuss their specific requirements with the photographer to receive a tailored quote.

Requests for additional images to be edited beyond the initially agreed-upon number will incur additional fees. Clients are encouraged to discuss their specific needs and associated costs with the photographer.

For most small and medium productions, images are typically delivered within 1–4 working days. Larger productions have a standard turnaround time of approximately 14 days, with delivery for big-scale projects extending up to 30 days.

Small and medium productions include up to three revisions, while commercial projects come with unlimited revisions. Clients requiring fast processing for any project can request it for an additional fee, which should be arranged with the photographer in advance.

Clients acknowledge that all work created under this agreement is the intellectual property of the photographer, who retains full ownership and copyright. Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, all images are protected, and unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of the images, whether digitally or otherwise, is prohibited without written permission from the photographer.

Clients may purchase the rights to use images from their project for commercial or advertising purposes. Copyright licenses are available starting from a one-year term. Details, including licensing terms and fees, should be discussed directly with the photographer.

The client is granted permission to use the images for personal, non-profit purposes, including on digital platforms, social media, and for personal prints. The images are not authorized for commercial use or resale. The client will not have access to unedited or RAW files.

The client may share the images on social media but agrees not to alter or apply filters to the photographs. For any public sharing (including social media, websites, or photo galleries), the client must include the photo credit "Photo By: itsvphoto" with each image. Unless discussed otherwise

Vitalij Sidorovic Photography reserves the right to use any images from this contract for promotional purposes, including on the photographer’s website, portfolio, advertising, social media, exhibitions, competitions, and other commercial uses, unless the client requests otherwise prior to the event.

With the client's consent, the photographer will select images to be showcased. Displaying work is an essential part of promoting services, and images may also be submitted to blogs, magazines, or photography websites, ensuring the client's rights are respected.

The photographer retains unrestricted rights to use the images in any publication or public display, including retouching or altering them as necessary. It is the client’s responsibility to inform guests at events that their attendance acts as a model release for these purposes.

The photographer will provide all necessary equipment for the assignment. If additional equipment needs to be rented, the photographer will discuss this with the client in advance. The cost of the photographer’s standard equipment is included in the fee

In the unlikely event that the photographer(s) is unable to photograph the session due to illness, emergency, or accident, every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be arranged or rescheduling is not possible, all payments made to Vitalij Sidorovic Photography will be refunded in full. The return of payments shall be the sole obligation under this contract, and no other damages or guarantees of any kind are recognized or warranted.
